Our Story
In 2007, Heliodoro Cano (father) and José Cano (son), predecessors of the Cano Family, who, with three generations in the restaurant industry in Monterrey, Mexico, decided to bring their greatest family heritage to Dallas. They aimed to give Dallas the opportunity to taste and enjoy food with the best and most authentic northern flavor from one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico, Monterrey, Nuevo León.
They opened their first restaurant in 2007 on Buckner Ave under the direction and operation of Heliodoro Cano. Following this, they launched their second restaurant in the DFW area, located in Garland, in 2011, but this time under the direction and operation of José Cano.
